WorkShift Podcast: Safety Culture with Dr. Mark Fleming

A workplace’s safety culture determines what people do when no one is looking. To Dr. Mark Fleming, safety is not about the absence of injury, but the presence of controls.

In episode four of the WorkShift podcast, former WCB CEO Stuart MacLean discusses safety culture with guest Dr. Mark Fleming.

How do you build one, and more importantly, how do you measure and improve it?

Be sure to follow WorkShift, a podcast from WCB Nova Scotia that shares stories and insights about how to build and maintain a healthy, safe, and successful workplace.
